THE CONCEPT

We provide a unique and historical experience — a journey through food.

To achieve this, we turn back time 100 years, to the roaring and fashionable 1920s.

We take a house from 1910, furnish it in a 1920s style, find a cookbook from 1924, and get advice and ingredients from some of Norway's best chefs.

We carefully select local ingredients, design a menu where every dish is connected to the history of the village, and set the table with white tablecloths, period-appropriate decorations, tableware, and glassware.

 Everything is now set. Welcome.

We also have great arrangements for hotel accommodation in Flekkefjord and transport to and from the location.
